We should be 12-1 like Maine, it's unlikely we can pull back to back championships.

Good bets: Philly and New Orleans

Philly has an enormous payroll taking on Mason, Ventura and Thomas recently. Wouldn't be surprised to see them add another bailout salary. They also have Pat Evans. They are currently projected as a WC contender. At 40-1, if they make the dance, that's a huge payout potential.

New Orleans is a dark horse in the DL. Lost talent and has replaced it. I think they could compete for the division and no one else at 18-1 I would say that about.

      Bad bets: Wilmington and Batavia

Both had major injuries and don't look nearly as good as last season. With how deep the Ale and Stout are, they might not even make the playoffs.

Fun read though. Glad someone did some sort of league preview.

I also like Pit and Tor at 5-1. Those are really good teams.

I still don't understand why the preseason predictions say we're going to allow over 800 runs. It doesn't make any sense to me. I think our pitching is very good.

4-1. Thanks for the vote of confidence but not this year.

I give us around 12-1 odds.

                  But nice preview.

I think it's factoring the 300 Fernando Hernandez is going to give up if he's in the rotation.

I traded Brendan Lindsey at 31 to PHI and he won Pale Ale. Willie Fajardo couldn't get one for himself with me so he'll get a Pale Ale and a ring when he goes nuts in the playoffs.

Odds on favorite. We will surely be an unstoppable force that leaves the rest of the IL in our wake.

We will also get our doors blown off in the postseason by a team that does significantly worse than us all year.

Before I opened the thread I guessed 30/1, so I'll take it.

Only a sucker would bet on us to win a championship. If you're a game by game bettor I'd recommend betting the over on runs per game. We're gonna score a lot.

Yeah, not anymore. If we make the playoffs it'll be a miracle. We have no one to call up when more injuries strike. No one.
