Long ways to go but this new format really makes things interesting. In the DL, the last place team is still just 6GB. In the IL, last place in 9GB, but the eight teams within range of a wild card spot.
I don't see it happening but it is possible that a sub .500 team makes the playoffs in this format. I think as the season goes on there will be more separation.
