Probably my #1 and #2 as well.

Indianapolis is definitely on the hot seat. Four time DL champs, four time Brewmaster's losers. They are the Buffalo Bills of the BLB. They also traded away a lot of their future for this recent Win Now run.

I'd also throw Baltimore up there. If you discredit the Virginia/DVS records, Baltimore is only behind Maine (.580) and Washington (.568) in All-Time Winning % at (.543). However, Maine has seven rings, Washington six and Baltimore one.

Simple. Me. Just waiting for the game to decide it is my turn. I can't put any better teams on the field than I already have.

Tough to argue against Pit and DVS. Looking at Pit history it's not like they haven't been successful, they have a career .520 WP (I like to think I helped with that) but the fact the org hasn't won one is surprising. Maybe this will be the year...

I think it's DVS, Pitt and Pawtucket if we are talking 2016.

All three teams have juggernaut rosters on both sides of the ball and are clearly, the most talented teams in the league IMO. For Funclown, although Pawtucket has already got a few, anything less than a championship is failure.

I could see a case for Baltimore because of our regular season success and post season struggles, but I'd argue that I was just the idiot who decided to try and build championship teams while the system was still rigged.

DVS and Pitt for sure in my opinion. Looking at the histories, it just doesnt seem right that they dont have a title with the success they have had. Good GMs to boot.

While I sort of agree with failure the question is "pressure".

Do we feel any? Nah. It's been a great decade. Franchise wise we started as the 22nd worst team at .450 something and not one playoff berth. Today we're an above .500 franchise , been there 6 times while winning the last 3 we were in.

I know the playoffs is a semi crapshoot. The rest of this decade is the cherry on top.

Who has been your "under the radar" Team MVP?

The non star. The player who doesn't get all the praise and accolades but has been vital to your teams success in 2016.

Without a doubt for us it's been, P Dave Hurwitz. Brought in before the season as an effort to shore up our bullpen, he received an emergency spot start in the first week or so due to a rainout and has been a steady member of the rotation since then. Completely out of left field; never envisioned him as a SP.

I remember how upset you were about that rainout situation, too... Blessing in disguise from the BLB gods.

Not that success and Denver go together but when realizing you're a move away from losing 100 games, I think there are some victories to consider.

Pat Steffen has been our under the radar guy this year.

Has taken the ball 79 times, and thrown 121 innings, all in relief. 1.14 WHIP. Been the go-to guy that allows us to control our starters' pitch counts and innings.

A reliable, nice enough bridge to the late portion of the pen.

                                I'll nominate one...

Batavia RP Terry Krause - 75 games, 86.2 IP, 1.25 ERA, .78 WHIP, 5 BB, 80 K - He's not the teams closer but easily the Muckdogs most valuable reliever. His 2.4 WAR, 16 K/BB ratio and 292 ERA+ are almost BLB bests for RPs.

I don't think a non-closer has ever won the Last Call Award but Krause should get some votes.
