We already voted in the enforcing the old and no longer existing debt rule.
Why don't you propose a rule that says players that allow their debit to grow to $90M / OR / don't win 70 games during 2 consecutive seasons will lose their teams if other players are listed in the waiting list?Miami Sharks (BLB)

Ron Kirk, a Seattle castoff, lit our minor leagues on fire and now gets his chance to join the big club.
He's a switch-hitting 3B/RF who hit .336 after joining our A-ball team last year and then .301 after a promotion to AA.
This year he started at AAA and so far has batted .325 with a .989 OPS.
He just debuted at #92 on the top prospects list.
