    • I like Myatt. I hate Ryan.

Two guys I really like in this spot. Looks like I might need to research a couple more. Not confident they will be available in six picks.

Myatt might have been the pick at 2.23 if he lasted. His very low work ethic, "2" control and that he is already 21 scares me a bit...but 101 MPH is 101 MPH.

We could really a rookie league now.

          Just a thought.

Fucking needed one this year, but no let's let our 17 year olds get destroyed for 2 years in A ball against douchebags who play 26 year olds there

Reminds me of a less enthusiastic Zach Potter. Potter has higher work ethic and better movement (plus more plus pitches) but he hasn't let his control affect him (and it's worse than Myatt's).

I just tend to think guys will swing and miss more often than a low control pitcher will throw balls. And because of their stuff, guys will swing at balls. My bullpen might not be impressive, but that's how I've built it.

Is Akamatsu seems to be the best example of a guy who just needed some time to figure it out. Dave Weitz too.

So anyway, I give guys like Wyatt chances to succeed. They also don't cost much.

                  • I don't know. Haven't looked at the OOTP boards about it. It sounds like Matt has though.

                            I honestly don't. I'm just parroting here.

I've never seen it happen in other leagues, but I also never paid attention.

I don't think most of them do.

We don't have enough feeders and with more players generated I don't think a ton go back. I do think they end up back in the draft the following year though.

I read online that a league our size should have 50-60 feeder teams. We currently have 36. I plan on adding a few more this offseason.

                              • And basically our FA pool will grow from 400+ to 800+ with all the players that don't get drafted. So half of them will be 17-22 years old with little or no playing experience and no where to get any. Adding more college teams will help that though.

I just looked in the manual...we should have 60 feeder teams.
