Interesting twist in this new version with "Relationships" in the locker room between Managers and players, any way to predict them?? Or unless you put the player in your Roster you won't know?

Not trying to game the game. Just to do what's right for the team. I noticed my legendary mamager doesn't like some pitchers and loves almost all my fielders. So maybe background is a factor?

I've noticed patterns like that in some cases. It seems more common for a manager who is a former pitcher to get along well with the pitchers on his roster and not as well with position players, and so on. But it's not a hard and fast rules.
Is there anyway to get a player on a $280k salary back on a minor league deal?
For instance, I waived OF Micah Jennie. He has cleared waivers. I thought once that happened you could move them back to the minors? Or is his salary guaranteed no matter what I do? According to the finance page, it seems he's still $280k.
