Anything above 0.0 is equivalent to the number of wins that player is providing above replacement.

So 0.1 means 0.1 more wins than a replacement player.

Wondering if you would like to write down your input about the different kind of managers... I don´t have too much idea of strong and weak points of the different orientations... I guess is important in how you build your team:

* Conventional
* Sabermetric
* Smallball
* Unorthodox
* Tactician
