Final Week!
Yawn.
Los Angeles won 11 of their last 12 to clinch the Lager and at 81-75, they have surpassed the .500 mark for the year, so there won't be any outrage over a sub .500 division winner.
Denver clinched and will likely rest their starters to avoid injury.
Maine currently has a three-game lead over Pittsburgh but that could all change this week when they open facing one another in Maine. Pittsburgh has switched from a four-man rotation to a six-man rotation in recent weeks, likely to keep his arms fresh with the Wild Card already locked up. I expect both teams to rest players and Maine claims another Ale title.

Suddenly LA looks a bit dangerous especially with 3 formidable starters. Funny in some form of irony I think Dallas would be a horrible matchup for them.
The game likes playoff upsets. Be interesting how this all plays out.PAWTUCKET PATRIOTS

We aren't resting anyone. I like my hitters to keep on churning. If someone gets hurt, that's just how it goes.
I will have a six man rotation going so Tamieke goes the first game and Goodhart will have the final game of the season.
This ensures my rotation is set and rested for the playoffs without any major days off.

Pat Yahn can pitch with anyone, while Jonathan Burns and David Palomares would be #1's on a lot of teams. He also has the luxury of choosing between LH Erik Keifer and RH Travis DuFour based on matchup/park to potentially give him the edge over most teams at the #4 SP spot. Combine that with the #2 bullpen and #2 defense in the DL. Also very conveniently four of his best hitters, Hector Gutz, Marco Lona, JR Lowe and Tyler Tammany are hot right now.
I'm not even sure you could call it an upset.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

Figure we got this far with these guys set as Tamieke, Melgoza, Gaxiola and Garcia.
I'll win or lose with them in that order.
