Sorry to hold things up today, got hung up at work much later than I thought I'd be.

With the 14th pick Pawtucket goes back to hitting taking LF Ron Harward.

Scout liked his error and arm, but he's slow as fuck so not expecting his range to improve (thought the game says it doesn't interact)

Scout has him as 6-5-7-3-5. Was injured this season so tough to get a read if he really improved a lot.
Botton line: You can never have enough power hitting prospects.

5 for contact already so off to AA he goes.

yup and I think better than the pitchers still on the board. We will have to see.

Excited to land SP Jimmy "Demon" Razza at #17.

My scout says "5-6-6 and conservative guess: #3." OSA has him 6-6-6 potential. Both have him currently 5-5-4. He has a 67% groundball and 95 MPH velocity. He's a lefty. Very high leadership, high intelligence, high loyalty, very high desire for winning and normal work ethic. Only one injury, day-to-day 5 days. He was #10 on my board.

It was a tough call between Glomski and Razza for me. My scout saw very little difference between the two.

1.22 - Tom "Rascal" Garton - My scout says "5-5-6 potential and average stuff, don't expect wonders." OSA has him 5-5-6 also. Current 5-4-3. 55% groundball and 95MPH. His "very low" work ethic scares me a bit but he was by far the best player left on the board according to my scout.

I don't pick again until 4.13. See ya then!

I thought Funclown was touting this as the draft to end all drafts during last year's draft?

Damn...I like your pick though. My scout says he is just a "serviceable bullpen guy," but if he is closer to his OSA ratings...you got a steal.

I had him at 6-5-7 with four 6 potential pitches and stamina of 3. He didn't start much in college but I'm going to try him as a starter to see if he has the stamina for it. If not, could be a solid lefty out of the pen.

I thought Skerik was back when I first saw this.
