Anyone looking to move down, I'll send 2.20 and 3.17. Or at least start the discussion there if you needed another pick.

Wanted Vin Betty badly, he seemed to be a steal compared to the other players remaining to me. Vin showing 5/5/2/2/6 to me with one point yet to develop in the last two.
Settled for Alex Dominguez, SP. Showing 5-5-6 POT to me and international player. Hopefully not a neophyte move taking him here!

Pawtucket drafts 18 year old Jamie Roberts OF at 2.13
Nice thing about starting from scratch, we aren't in that "OFer are a dim a dozen" phase.
Maybe my scout is crazy, but POT is 5-6-6-3-5 and and says "easy to forecast a long career". Also had him 13th on his big board. Sometimes we disagree, but he's normally not that far off.
Didn't start until this season, but quickly hit 14 hrs. Can never have enough power hitters and as long as we can developed his contact should be a nice player in 4-5 seasons.
4 picks in 2 rounds with a nice mix of college and high school players.PAWTUCKET PATRIOTS

At 2.22 Pawtucket nabs what appears to be the 1st bullpen arm in the draft:
P R.J. 'Spanky' Green. Standford used him as a starter, but we feel he will be a nice setup man in the future.
C/ SP/ 1B/ OF/ RP/ 3B- really happy with our mix with our first 5 picks.
The cliff is here now. Time for some "niche" or OSA rated only players.PAWTUCKET PATRIOTS

At 3.2 we take 17 year old SP Pat "Bumblebee" Tortirici. OSA has him 6-6-6, we have him 5-5-6 with a plus fastball, 61% GB, and nice work ethic and leadership. Obviously, my scout is wrong and so is OSA. He'd be gone by now otherwise. We'll see in 6 years.
Like the Cardenas pick. Figured he'd go top of the 3rd.Death Valley Scorpions (2003-Present)
