Pawtucket goes high school for the 2nd round in a row.
SP-Pat Spencer. again fom Maine West.
Can't ignore the two championships Spencer & Hicks racked up.
Showed decent improvement his senior year, scouts and OSA agree on his potiental. Scout says "back end starter". At age 18 in the 3rd round I'll take it.
Note: Tool scout so it's all roses and ice cream.

CL Alex Perez! My scout says he can be a closer. 6-6-5 potential from OSA. Shitty work ethic. Has control issues...but still a career 217 ERA+.
2B Terry Perry! Not just a great name...Still just 17...my scout thinks he sucks...OSA says 5-6-5-3-3. He's a pretty good fielder at 2B, could also see time at SS and LF/RF. Decent intangibles. He's also a man-child at 6'4 240! And in three years as a starter in HS he hit .329 with a .980 OPS.
