Yeah, just noticed that I have your 2.2 - I should have your 2.8 pick I think.

I went with SS prospect Chris Lerma here.

I don't know what to expect from him as a hitter. My scout doesn't particularly care for him in that area, but his high school stats look strong and OSA rates him highly.

He will be a perennial DWI candidate if his bat is sufficient to keep him in the lineup.

I'll be fielding offers for 1.18 since I won't be able to pick until near the expiration of the timer.

My scout has him 3-6-3-6-3...But I do really like his speed, defense and stats.

My scout has him somewhere around 5/5/3/5/4, which might be good enough to keep him in the lineup with his glove and speed.

Though I hope he comes closer to meeting the OSA projections.

Really, REALLY looked hard at this kid. That 2 for an contact with only a 3 for POT kept me from drafting that kid.

                  Love his defense though.

I have one other guy that I want to grab but I have to get home to see what my scout says about him first. And that won't be for another 4 hrs.

Is he also a future utility infielder?

You should take him. It's who I'm after...

                        • Can I get a 1.5 hour extension? It shouldn't even be that long but I'm not sure I'm not going to make it out of the lab by the time the timer is up.

                            • Nice, really happy to get SP Antonio 'Mad Hatter' Medina at 1.15. Hard throwing lefty with groundball tendencies and three plus pitches, my scout sees him at 6-5-6 and a potential top-flight starter. Even has the intangibles the Clowns like.

All that said, this is my first draft with this scout, so grain of salt and all that stuff.
