    Now that is just mean.

5-2 sim, 12.5 games back now, though. Swept Hyndai, and spllit a 4 game set with Maine. My much improved pitching staff is really starting to shine. Look for the bats to heat up with Grandon back to everyday play. This story isn't over yet. huge week, 4 games against 2nd place Dallas, and 3 against 1st place Denver will really be a test.

Took 2 out of 3 from Denver and 3 of 4 from Syracuse, now back over .500.

I saw that. Claudius, my closer, blew the save in our 3rd game. First blown save of the year. Then he goes on to blow another one versus Dallas. Luckily, that one didn't cost me the game.

        Nice series though.

My team is scared of the Wildcats and Bulldgos.

But I guess I would be too, if I was a Bat.

A 6-1 sim for Virginia all on the road... I'm as shocked as anyone.

A few strange games in there including my relief pitcher hitting a bomb in the 13th in one of the wins.

Crawled above .500 going into a huge SIM against Baltimore and Wilmington. I get out of Baltimore the day before Kellum comes back (oh darn).

Don't know if it mattered, but I flipped by Hitting Instructor and Bench Coach this week because I think they were mis-matched for their position (thanks GIGGAS!!! Ok, shame on me for not looking earlier). My team responded by putting the ball in play all week. Bill Johnson and Sargentini have both climbed back above .300 - a shocking number from a Colonial.

            Can't complain.

Davenport whupped me. But history was made...I think. We had two players in the same game hit for the cycle. May 19th, check it.

The Los Lunas minors system continues its strong start, I'm pleased!

The big club is turning it around too!

Swept California, split 4 with Davenport.

We still haven't won a game on Sunday yet this season. That can't possibly be a good sign.

I had two starting OFs out this sim and one of the replacements who had been hitting something like .080 stepped in and won IL player of the week. Go figure.

How long is it going to take to get the picture of the pukin' Playboy off my Home Page? I don't care if he hit for two cycles I shouldn't have to look at that ugly mug.

4-3 this week for me. Took 2/3 from Pawtucket, then split a 4 game series with Los Lunas. Gil O'Moore pitched an 8.1 inning 3 hit shutout in his first game back. This will also be our last week without CF Subaru Hiraki.

Of course, my farm system continues to be devastated by injury. Aurillo is out for a week with dead arm syndrome. Minnoz is out 2 weeks with a hyperextended elbow.
