Yeah... Shavermetrics hates you this year.

      Quite a few headscratchers.

Shavermetrics likes Washington way more than I do....

Shavermetrics is not as high on Windy City as I am....

Also... HUGE fall off after top two... moreso than previous seasons....

Looks like I've come full cycle.

From worst club in history to the top of the mountain with a BLB Championship all the way back to the worst club in the league, by a wide margin.

There is a good story somewhere in there.

Look at it this way, Linty, we're rebuilding during the years of Virginia dominance. It's a genius move. I feel sorry for all the suckers that are actually trying to win right now! Once Virginia becomes mortal again, those teams will be on the decline and we'll be back on top!

At least that's what I'm hoping...

Well... it may start this season.

Between the fact that I have to start the season with 21 players for CAP purposes....

Danny Nelson will be a starter for the first 55 games....

Mel Woodbury is playing his last season in Virginia....

The era may be coming to a close sooner than later.

Did Shavermetrics include the Toapanta trade? I think Morgantown is vastly underrated. They have a decent shot at a wildcard birth this year.

Exactly where we want to be.

I do find it interesting that my owner felt we had holes in positions that were strengths last year and have actually improved. Really odd.

                    Shavermetrics are effective today.

How is Morgantown in the hunt for the WC when you've already told the league to book tickets for a Baltimore/Batavia IL Championship?

Prez had a man crush on Morgantown last season too.

Batavia will win, but Morgantown will be "in the hunt." I guess I need to post this in the bold predictions thread.

I'm betting that Morgantown finishes with a better record than Washington this year.

I also picked Batavia over Washington for the wildcard last year.....

Pat's a good dude...and right now he's sipping a Corona on the beach with a Hawaiian girl under each arm...but I don't see Washington being a Top 5 team.

Edit...Great job BTW Clay. Writing is often under appreciated but makes the league more "real".

Shavermetrics must believe we've developed some players as it hated us last year and we only added one player.

I'm suprised we're ranked that high, but we'll take it.

I just hope some signs we saw in spring are for real.
