        That had to hurt.

See for Pawtucket Samuel is being his usual pussy self. He's starting to make his predecessor Nickel appear to be IRON MAN. Lost a RP pitcher also, but we feel pretty deep in that spot at the moment. Might get him back by the stretch run.

Lost my starting catcher for 4 weeks, one of my top prospect OF'ers for a couple.

Just get through ST healthy... that's all I care about.

Well, Chet Stephens made that easier for me. He injures himself out of the battle for the 6th spot in the rotation. Good luck, Stephens. There will be a place in Denver if you'd like to return on a minor league deal.

Sucks about Carillo Z. I lost one guy for the rest of ST but nothing that bad.

I got two guys that I've been waiting on to "get it" that are ballin'. Problem is it's meaningless ST and it just means they'll be back to batting .200 come April.

But hey we're the Bock Spring Training Mid Season Champion. (That's BSTMSC if you're scoring at home.)

Ouch. Carrillo is too important to your rotation, Z. And Summers was just signed by Ryan. Has it even been a week?

Because the sim didn't go 2 weeks I have 6 guys DFA'd with 2 days left before they clear waivers and 9 days before their DFA time runs out and stop the next sim. Please move them to my AAA club when needed.

It also screwed up Sin City, Philly, and Wilmington.

Also because of the schedule if you sim to opening day that's over 14 days away so anyone who tries to DFA anybody this sim will run out of time as well, causing the sim to stop.

Oh, I thought we always simmed 2 weeks for spring training.

Incorrect. We've always split ST in half exactly like this.

For the record, these are the EXACT notes that we've always operated from:

                          • Spring Training 1
                            • About half of Spring Training
                          • Spring Training 2
                            • Sim until opening day

Nothing occurred differently this ST than any other. I do, however, appreciate blindly being told I screwed up.

Incorrect. We always split ST in half...but the sim was 2 weeks for each one...allowing all DFA's to go through for the next sim.

Thanks for being as ass about it though.

Removed two of my earlier posts. Not worth arguing about. This is how we run Spring Training.
