Question for experienced Owners

Wasn't sure of the best forum to put this in.

From your experience, I was hoping you guys could help me with a couple of questions about personell.

1) Do Managers, Coaches, Scouts, Doctors IMPROVE (or DECLINE) in ratings from Year to Year? If so, is it based on age, experience, etc?

2) How often do new candidates enter the personell pool?

3) What role does the Bench Coach play on a team? Is he merely there as another AI option or do his abilities help or hurt your team?

I think those are my big questions, but responses to those may spark new ones.

I know there was an issue with #1 where they never progressed, but believe this has been fixed in patch 2.

I also know from looking at expansion, that the game seemed to create and automatically sign some pretty good guys for the expansion teams so they won't be stuck with the leftovers.

Well, I could sit here and lie to you, but to be honest, I'm not really sure.

I know that there was an issue with them not changing, but I also have heard that has fixed, but haven't tested myself.

For question 2 and 3, I don't know and don't want to guess. Let me post this in the beta forum, and see if I get a good answer over there.
