Any Rule V eligible player that is not on your 40-man at the time that you export for Friday's SIM, will be in the Draft. The Rule V Draft Pool that comes out on Friday is final. No trades. No moves. Done and Done.

So... in a nutshell... you have two exports to get them on the 40-man.

Question: Can manager's opt out of contracts? I signed a 3-year extension with him a last year and it now says he's leaving.

Don't think they can unless he's retiring?

It says he left because his contract wasn't renewed.

I know, but I'm sure he was signed to an extension through '94. That really sucks.

Does anyone have a copy of the previous week so I can check to be sure?

I'd be kind of pissed if I needlessly lost out on a manager of that quality.

I'll check tonight before uploading the new file. That is if my laptop works by tonight.

                            Rule V Question

Rule V Question: I have two veterans on the DL. (I placed them on 60-Day DL, which took them off the 40-man Roster). They're both "Eligible" for the Rule V draft. Do I have to place them on the Active roster to protect them? (They're both still injured, and the game won't let me put them on the 40-man roster.)
