I'd love to know what my all-time record against Windy City is.

      It can't be very good.
      SIN CITY GAMBLERS since 1990
      NEW ORLEANS DUKES since 1993
      1998 BLB Champions
      2000 BLB Champions

3-3 this week. 3 Losses than 3 Wins. Overall Score in Losses - 10-14. A 2-0 loss, and two other one run games. Overall Score in Wins - 28-4.

We've won 3 in a row, and have dominated in those three wins. O'Hamill, better knowns as Sergio Lumar's replacement is tied for the BLB lead with 8 HR's, which is good for sole first place in the DL.

Our best player, and arguably the best 3B in the game comes back in 6 days. Los Lunas isn't done yet.

Split the two game series with Windy City, both one-run games. Then swept the four game series against California. Still had an injury this sim, as usual.

          The Bats are baaaaaaack!

Very happy with a 5-1 week. Cobellan made his return got the win but walked 7!

Lost Hoover for 2 weeks, which will hurt going into some DH games. The good news is that next week he and Kashima will be available and our outfield will be deadly. That being said Serma is showing flashes of his rookie year, and Mundell is playing very well.

Good to see our division is HELL again.

Too bad we aren't doing wild card yet or I might be making a run at it. Offense is clicking, pitching is solid....things are looking up in Dallas. We're also currently enjoying the longest win streak in the BLB at 8 games.

Just wanted to point out that Los Lunas is the best, worst team in the league, but the rest of this month is BRUTAL. Look at the teams we're playing:

                  Carolina - 19-12
                  Washington - 17-14
                  Hyundai - 16-15
                  Maine - 17-13
                  Dallas - 19-12
                  Denver - 21-9

2-3. Trash bullpen... just utter trash. Finally made some moves after complete disgust with a few players.

Called up 3 players from AAA, sent one down to AAA, and placed 2 on waivers... trust me, you don't want to claim them :) considering i have one of the worst minor league system, calling a few up from AAA is an indication of how badly my team has been performing.

Danny Nelson blew out his tricep... out 5-6 weeks... oh... a huge hit on a comeback season. Injuries are killing me. Oh... and lack of talent.

Bill Johnson is starting to wake up a little.

3-2 sim all on the road. I'll take that.

Another 3-3 sim, we took 2 from Denver and 1 from Hyundai, would have been nice to have another winning sim right before a 6 game road trip to the IL. Virginia and Windy City.. here we come!

Pawtucket is terrible. There may be some serious moves made soon in Pawtucket.

Right, .600 ball isn't going to cut it in this division. Keep that up and you'll be 15 games back before you know it. I went 4-1 and lost a half game to the Bullies.

I've got an idea though - let's pool our two teams. We've got a series coming up later this month. The winner gets his choice of players from both rosters and the loser acts as a farm team for the winner like Kansas City used to do for the Yankees back in the 50s and 60s. Next year we reverse roles by trading our entire rosters. This arranagement probably won't be good enough to win the division this year but with double the draft picks of a normal team it shouldn't be long before we have him on the run. We may have to bribe a couple of members of the trade committee to get this thing through but with all of those extra picks that ought to be doable.

                              HTML is updated now.

Also a reminder that interleague play is this week, so make sure to get your lineups filled out.

Another 2-4 week, but still leading the division. I can't figure out Gil O'Moore. His ratings keep going up according to all my scouts and he keeps getting shelled. I've never seen a slump like this before from a pitcher with his ratings. Something just doesn't add up here. Maybe my scouts are all wrong.
