Not even close to worth the $13.0. Below average fielder. Can't run the bases. No power. His one great skill, contact, is starting to slip.

I don't know that I'd call him a below average fielder.

I think in the modern BLB economy, if you knew you'd get 150 games, he'd be worth $13.0 to the right team.

-10.6 ZR in 1991, -3.0 so far in 1992. The only thing keeping it from being lower this year is missed time on the field.

Zone rating is a fluff stat in the BLB because you can't really account for "Dead Zones" at parks. I put far more merit in him playing errorless CF with 6 OF Assists than his ZR. I've fought with too many mediocre OFs who "let that one go off the heel of his glove."

Someone will set a UZR record and no one will care.

Tough to top Kinsey's record from last year.

I think Kinsey in my park or B'Mores touches 50.

I think it also has to be in a decent lineup where he's "protected" and not just IBB'd over and over.

EDIT: I think Rex Knight in VIR or BAL could touch 50 also.
See, I think if things go right for him, he could do it in Indy, but he's so damn streaky. I'd really like to see him put it together for an entire season. Each year he gets better, so maybe someday.

I think Miguel has a better shot at this than Rex, IMO. He's really turned me into a believer this year.
