We don't have the setting active where each year the "AI" for the league adjusts to the MLB stat history.

Better or am I still missing part of the question?

He's confused because you answered "No" to an "A or B" question.

It would be like asking Pat, "Hey, do you prefer fat girls or hairy girls?" and him responding, "Oh, yes!" and getting an erection.

Got it, thanks. Sorry, I was an impressionable lad when a powerful public figure once uttered, “It depends upon what the meaning of the word 'is' is.” I tend to seek clarification at times when none is needed.

It's difficult at this point to pick any career record that can't be broken, due to the youth of the league and the fact that the people currently holding most career records are still playing. When all is said and done, we'll probably be hard pressed to find a player who will approach most of the totals Harry Keppel is going to finish with when his time comes to hang'em up.

It will be interesting to see what he decides to do this offseason with his $13.85mil Player Option. He's got a low loyalty rating and he can probably beat or at least match that $$ amount on the FA market. It would be weird to see him in another team's uni, but it can't be considered altogether unlikely at this point.

Nickell was the best contact hitter the league has ever seen before injuries struck.

He's still a ridiculously good hitter... just can't stay on the field.

It's weird. He's drawing walks at an incredible clip this season compared to his career rate. It's almost like he's evolving as a batter to compensate for lost skill.

He's a weird case. Still hits. On base is meh. Good defense... really borderline great. Just can't stay on the field... so is he worth his $13.0?
