Tough road sim at Mississippi and Dallas. Was hoping for 3-3, but 2-4 is okay. Still in first place at the break.

        Well crap.

Farmer getting hurt really put a damper on things.

Best week in Denver since two months ago. A Reyes blown save away from a 4-2 week.

And my team still can't hit. Yippee!

Won both series 2-1 against Windy City and Batavia, the latter of which I am trailing now in the Wild Card standings by just one game....things are lookin' up!

              Pawtucket 2-4

Both these teams, especially Denver seem to own me this season. Still bitter about last season playoffs I suppose.

Limped in break. Try to get in track after Allstars.

                3-3....

All-Star break came at the right time as we've really been struggling lately. Ended up winning a series against California, only to come back and lose 2 of 3 against Morgantown. Hopefully we can pick it up after some time off.

Anyone else noticing how well Morgantown's been playing? Slowly climbing up the standings. I said preseason that I loved his pitching staff, but his offense is better than I expected and is carrying that squad.

I think they make the playoffs.

Mel Woodbury goes yard 3 times this week to official catch and pass Sergio Lumar for #2 on the BLB All-Time HR List.

Woodbury sits 39 HRs behind Harry Keppel for the All-Time Lead in over 2500 less ABs. I little better luck with injuries through the years and I can't help but this these two may be going HR for HR right now.

Durham goes down as Andrew comes back. I think we're a better team than we'll finish record wise after all the injuries.

4-2 sim, 7-3 in our last 10. Sadly for us the rest of the Pilsner is doing the same, so we can't increase our lead.

We get Jarred Good back this sim, and Zeke comes back in a couple of weeks, so that will help, barring any other injuries. Really happy with the way we played the last several weeks with the injuries we've had, though I know we've been lucky compared to some other clubs.

Your sims keep moving away from us. Though, I guess we aren't the team(s) you're worried about at this point.

After seeing how Dallas has played and how Syracuse is turning things around, I'm worried about everyone.
