Ugly is not a determining factor in success. The 80's Celtics proved that.

Two more days to vote for the 4 teams that haven't yet.

Most of the Owner votes and subsequent AUTO spots are just about locked in.

I know the IL is already working on their Manager picks. Lots of new faces on the IL this year. Should be exciting.

Long shot for a Manager's Pick:

            Juan Jose Garcia, SP: 7-2, 3.19 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, 93 Innings, 24 BB, 58 K

I'd like to add, with Phillips Field being a 'hitter's park', JJG's current performance at this stadium should be considered as well.

Baltimore Bulldogs - BLB since '84
            - Porter Champs: '92, '93, '97, '98, '01, '03, '06, '08, '12
            - Playoffs: '92, '93, '97, '98, '99, '01, '03, '06, '08, '12, '13, '14, '15, '16
            - Brewmaster's Cup: '01

I love Dani, but he has to be the worst player to ever be a unanimous selection.

It's a testament to the difficulty in finding a quality SS.

That may be true, but he certainly has the defensive chops to play there still.

Brings up an interesting question. Why is Bolton playing short instead of second?

I could be wrong, but I think there are some schools of thought in the OOTP circles that it's best to put the better of the two, SS/2B, at 2B. Which is counter to real life, where you normally put the best middle infielder at short.

You don't have to sell me. (A) I like Scott and (B) I have the best SS in the IL... people just voted two SIMs too early and hosed him out of the Starting spot.
