        Good work, Clay.

        Highlights:
        • 5-1 week in road games in the Bock, but Pawtucket takes a one game lead in the Ale by winning out. Hartford, Pawtucket, and Pittsburgh went a combined 16-2 against the Bock this week.
        • We have four starting pitchers with an ERA under 3.30.
        • My #1 and #5 starting pitchers are first and second in the league in pitcher VORP.
        • We have no one who can play second base until Carbajal gets back.
        • Cano was awesome in his return after missing a few weeks with a hand injury.
        • Still waiting for Morgan to get going. When he does, and Carbajal returns, our offense will be impressive.
        • Harcourt loves playing for me. He was 0 for 19 this year in Davenport. Since coming over, he's OPSing a solid .763 in 18 ABs.

Knew we were screwed when Rivera went down with an injury, and looks like I was right. We're tapping out and focusing on next year and beyond. We just play completely different when he's in the lineup.

Least our draft pick looks promising.

            4-2

We swept Maine but ended up losing 2 of 3 against Hartford. Both games were tight but some solid pitching in the first game shut us out.

Our lead in the Bock grows to 7 games, everything is coming together right now for us. We haven't been bit by the injury bug yet, Adam Nickell returns to the lineup this week which gives us 4 solid OF's to choose from. Rookie Gus Brown is having a nice debut at SS and showing why he was a 1st round pick. There has been a youth movement with Davenport all year as I think there's only one position player over 30? This is a big change from some of my previous teams where we had more of a veteran presence.

We only had one prospect debut on the top 100 and that was our first round pick 1B Pepe Rodriguez. I definitely don't live and die by that list, as long as our scout is happy, then I'm happy.

Think we did the same thing to the Bock in the second interleague run last season. This division really is in flux right now.

Probably. Never know with these guys. I hired this new guy last season after guys were hurting their arms. Now, they're finding other ways to hurt.

It's a joke. That's about all I can say at this point. Dane Browning just came back from injury, puts up his first impressive sim of the year, even getting his batting average to bump up nearly .050 points and he goes down for a month.

Jeremiah Gray shuts down the mighty Colonials, continues to showcase an amazing talent, and now he's gone for three months.

It really is a disaster of a season. I conceded before this sim. I don't know how much more I can give up after this sim? Perhaps my sanity.

Anyone notice how quietly Morgantown is building a monster?

They've pretty much got the best offense in the IL... and that's with six guys on the DL plus two more hurt that will miss some time.

I think we've all had one of those years before too, it can be pretty frustrating.

I was going through the standings the other day and was surprised how unlucky you guys have been. Losing Washington was a huge blow but on the bright side it gives your prospects some BLB experience.

Oh, I've noticed. I like his team a lot. Built through the draft. Solid in all areas. They'll be a contender VERY soon.

Belarussians really can play baseball. Amilakhori dominated AAA and now he's performing well on the BLB level.

All this after being drafted 1st overall just last year!

With all the talk about Denver getting unlucky with injuries, just look at Morgantown too. It's bad enough they have Virginia and Washington deal with every year, you'd think the baseball gods would give them a break.
