How do you play/sim multiple games?

I've been messing around with the game.. I managed to assign the default (Joe Blow, or something) to a team.. But I can't seem to find out where to play/manage games.

Also, the game advises to go to the Game Menu and select "Add New Human Manager" yet I only see an option to "Add a Human GM."

I also am not seeing where I can sim multiple days at once, instead of one at a time, via "Continue"..

It's been awhile since I've played OOTP, heh.

I have this feeling that I want to play the game, but I don't know how to get started without ending up navigating various stats and team screens.. :)

On the top bar, there is a baseball icon. Under it should be:

- Auto Play Today
- Auto Play week
- Auto Play Month
-etc
