Are you kidding? The last thread took off when we started talking about your favorite late night snack.

Unfortunately, I agree with my Stout brothers. I think it's only a matter of time until Virginia is clicking on all cylinders and cruising to another Brewmaster's appearance. Hopefully we are all wrong and D.C. gets their shit together. Come on!

Where is this thread that talks about blunts and ice cream?

Baltimore looks like your closest competition, however, it's unfortunate Gil O'Moore can't pitch every game. Washington will come around, and probably presents your toughest competition just because their staff looks to be better than the Bulldogs. I guess the two teams everyone thinks should compete with you have too many holes. Maybe one catches fire like Pawtucket did last year and gives you your money's worth in the playoffs, but I think we're heading towards another season of Colonial domination.
Well, I'm not afraid of the big bad wolf at all. I don't mind being the BLB's version of the Jets.

Barring any mid-season trades, Virginia is still a really good team but no where near the juggernaut of last year. Teams don't need to catch fire to beat this Virginia team. A patient team that doesn't make mistakes can beat the Colonials. They are losing a bunch of series that they didn't lose last year. Any team that has a decent starting rotation, patient hitters and a dependable bullpen can beat Virginia. With that being said, I believe Batavia, Davenport and Baltimore all have the roster to beat Virginia in a 7-game series.

Baltimore Bulldogs - BLB since '84
          - Porter Champs: '92, '93, '97, '98, '01, '03, '06, '08, '12
          - Playoffs: '92, '93, '97, '98, '99, '01, '03, '06, '08, '12, '13, '14, '15, '16

You're seriously just like the Jets.

You have one good month and all of a sudden you think you can talk about the great teams in Virginia and D.C.....tisk tisk.

              We're Batavia. I took over in '85. Since then we've finished 3rd, 4th, 4th, 4th, 4th, and 4th.

You just keep telling yourself this when you're the not playing 80% of your games at home. I'd play the "act like you've been there" card... but you haven't been there.

All I said was I feel bad for the league when this team puts it together. I'd call that pretty innocent.

Kowtowing is not my style. I'll leave that to Sully and the rest of Virginia's Nutriding Fan Club.

BTW, there is only one good team in the Stout. Riding nuts and coattails used to not be your style Pat. Especially not the Colonials. I'm so disappointed in you right now.....

Last year I had a better road record than at home. Again, I'm not worried. As a matter of fact, you'll find this out when we win another series against you, in YOUR house this week.

I'll make sure you are provided with free hot dogs, beer, and a seat warmer when you come to Baltimore.

Not a problem, sir. We feel obligated to pay our respects to the former great teams of the league. No matter how far into denial they may be.
