New Trade Policy for 1981

Starting this season, I'm willing to change the timing of trades. I will process a trade at the beginning of a sim IF:

- Both owners agree in the Trade Announcement thread.

Also, I will place these traded players on your active roster and in your lineup IF:

- You make all necessary transactions so there is space on your roster. This means there should be room on the 25 man roster and 40 roster.
- You specifically explain where you want him added to the lineup or rotation. This should also be in the Trade Announcement thread.
- I won't be adding any minor leaguers to lineups/rotations, but will place them on a minor league roster if requested.

Just to clarify this, both owners need to agree to a "pre-sim" trade, not just agree to the trade. It would also be helpful if it was marked as pre-sim in the trade announcement thread title.
