The remainder of this draft will be the first time I fully test the strength behind the numbers in College/High School.
Before, I drafted based purely on skill level and other factors. Now, since I feel most of the guys are basically only hoping to be good enough to make the show (unless they have hidden ratings jumps), I'm going to ignore cruise control as I've done in the past after a specific round and look for talent based on statistics that I like.
Should be interesting.Denver Bulls

Colonials use 3.16 on another reliever... this time homegrown Artie Francis out of Woodbridge, VA. He was actually a batboy for the Colonials during the tragic 1982 that saw the team claim their only Co-Commissioner's Cup.
Francis - who has 29 career saves at "The U" - is a 20-30 pitch type hurler who may prove to be a longshot to ever make the big club. But, the team loves his heart and love for the organization. The Great One!
To many rings to count...

For the 71st pick in the 1992 BLB Draft, the Bulldogs select:
Pat Morris (SP), University of California, Berkeley
-Morris was a Top 60 pick according to Bill Rorison's scouting staff. With a fastball that can top out at 100mph, Morris may has the stuff to blow by nearly any batter at the NCAA level. Pat is a pretty smart kid and doesn't mind putting in the extra effort to get better. Couple that with his ability to pitch a full game, every outing if necessary, Morris has a lot of good potential that may translate to a BLB level pitcher.
