    • Liked Lawson. Had him on my board, but down low because of the injuries.

      • Draft pick is in.

        Really excited about Lawson.

Think he'll end up as a 5-5-5 type starter when it's all said and done.

        • I had Lawson on my list of possibilities, but I could say that about almost every pick in the draft.

I'm not seeing a lot that stands out at the moment.

            • I considered Lawson but between those stats and some other factors I had to pass. But he was by far the best pitcher left on my board.

WAS is on the clock. I'd really like to get through my next pick tonight.

We're on a Two Hour clock now. Picks come fast and furious, so if you're not on a list, pay attention.

Wait, my Lawson or CAL's Lawson taken right after? Assuming my Lawson since he's the one with the injury history. He's the 4th OFer I've taken so far under the "BPA" method. Can't really afford another one at this point since I'd have no place to get them AB's.

On another note, it's apparent now that the utility doesn't really follow the daily start time if a pick is made after midnight. It appears to put teams on the clock beginning with the first pick of the day. Case in point the Bandits' pick is due in 18 minutes right now and it's 9:41EST.

                      • We take Geoff Parker to wrap up the 2nd Round.

A true reliever, he's the first player that the Colonials take that falls outside of our Scout's Top 20. Kind of a hopeful pick. Like his makeup, but his College Stats leave something to be desired. Hoping that joining a strong organization gets him on board with winning.

How do you figure? Draft starts daily at 8a. Wouldn't that mean Los Alamos would have gone on the clock exactly at 8? These are two hour rounds now, so I think it's spot on (no pun intended). Am I missing something?

You're probably right, but honestly I think that's what happened to Sully the day before. Just a theory.

                            • P Waylon Hill might suprise. At worst he could end up being a decent MR pitcher.
