I think I screwed myself by devoting 30% of my scouting budget to international players this year. I've always had it set to 0%, but I read something this off-season that convinced me I needed to spend money there. I ended up on the road and didn't get back in time to change it once I found out it doesn't apply in the BLB.

Took Chuck Cromwell out of HS.
Scout doesn't love him but thinks he's servicable. OSA thinks he's a plus player. High work ethic.
