Just FYI - If you run out of time, the Auto happens. You'll get the full clock, but I can't hold it. I'd suggest a list if you have time.

Not sure we'll even make it to your pick, but just sayin'.

      • Sin City selects CF Brad Flynn from Rice at 2.6.

Our scouts think Brad sports strong intangibles, a rangy glove in CF, and a nice little contact bat with 10 HR pop to boot. Unfortunately, whether it's been back stiffness, a strained groin or his current injury of a fractured thumb, Brad had demonstrated an inability to stay in the lineup on a consistent basis. We're hoping our training staff will work with him on bettering his conditioning program.

          • Though we as an organization strongly feel that we are in Tier 2 of draftees at the moment - and everyone else is just kidding themselves (feel free to remember this and remind me if somehow your late 1st round pick ends up being the next great player in this league) - we do like the pick of P Wenceslas Hautbourg.

He isn't going to be an Ace. We don't even see him as a 1/2 type guy. Instead, he's a number three starter which is just about exactly how we like them in Denver.

He fits the mold: leadership, control, history. He was one of our top five arms in this draft, fitting right in as number five after the previous four were already taken.

However, he still has lots of fulfill. His potentials leave very little wiggle room for a miscalculation. If he's overrated, he ends up being a AAA player.

I liked what I saw in Robinson.

Solid bat, solid glove... he should at least make it to the BLB... which is pretty much all I ask for out of guys not drafted in the first round.

That's the same thing I saw in him. He has the potential to be a serviceable BLB player in the future.

                    • I wasn't awake this morning for the draft situation with Wilmington, but is it possible that players that were once on my "draft board" are now removed, but still draft eligible? Just curious who got drafted, removed from my list, then the draft was rolled back...ya know?

                      • They would have gone back on your draft board. I tested it.
