Chippered, I guess you were right. The jokes around here are getting better. Their level of confidence must be gaining a bit of momentum too.

Ever since the Stout talked about being the best division in the league, I knew that the guys here were great comedians.

Even if they do make the playoffs, I'm still for kicking them from the league.
I'd like to know what Virginia did in the off-season to make us a slam dunk playoff team. Did I miss where I didn't lose 4 important players and replaced them with unknowns?

That's more of a shot at the DL than at the Stout.

Trust me when I say I wasn't being modest. I honestly expected to be 1st in the ratings. Not only was I not.... Washington had me by about 12%. I know Shavermetrics don't mean much, but that may be the biggest gap between 1st and 2nd that we've had since I've been running this. Shavermetrics LOVE the Bats this season.

Trust me... there is no kinder gentler Clay... I just don't know what to think about this team yet. I still think I make the playoffs. I still think I have the best chance to win it all in the IL. I just report the numbers.

Trust me... there will be no shortage of bravado this season... Yoritoki Maeda is going nuts this season... and I can't wait to tell Pat all about it.
