    Not sure if this was in 2006 or not, but there is a "rust" factor in 2007. If your regulars don't get playing time in Spring Training, you can probably expect a slow start to the season.

    So will the game auto-sub our starters after a few innings or should we set our starters to take every third day off?

    Also, are roster sizes increased to 40-man for spring training?

      Yes, the game usually subs the starters out after half the game or so.

      Yes, roster sizes are up to 40.
