We went from 82 to 51. Losing Nathan, Krsnich, and Campo.

We signed Kirby. He's fragile and hasn't played catcher in years, but he's going to for us. If he stays somewhat healthy as he has the past couple seasons, then he's a big upgrade in my lineup.

Missed on a couple other guys that could have really helped this season.

Pretty happy to have signed Old Man Samarano despite the fact that he's old enough to be my dad. I'm sure he'll break down at some point this season, but he helps with Fan Interest and you can't take that much unspent $$'s with you.
