FYI - Both Maine and Virginia were under the CAP, but were pushed over by 40-man call-ups which is acceptable. Virginia and Maine can not sign any players this season without moving players. Call-ups are still acceptable.
There are a handful of teams in the 90's. Keep in mind that FA signings can NOT push you over $100 at this point.The Great One!

Pawtucket has one OF & one RP position battle going into Spring Training.
The opening day lineup itself is basically all set so just praying to the injury gods the next few sims!!
