You got no pressure and plenty of time.

Yeah, I just noticed that after I replied. I still have a ways to go. I kinda wish we were doing this first round online, live, but oh well. This will work too.

I'm just pissed that I missed exporting for another sim. I have GOT to get that sim schedule engraved in my brain. I had all these changes saved, but for some reason, I held off on exporting. Then, Sunday came and went and I was so busy with Mother's Day stuff, I forgot.

I can give you a hard time about the sim schedule until it's burned into your soul. How does that sound?

This is the very reason that I export every time I leave the game. Your exports just overwrite each other, so there's no harm in that.

I got my nice mix of Tim Lincecum and Joel Zumaya. I would have loved to take O'Connors, but my scouts weren't liking him much.

Which one did you take? You just described about four relievers that sound like that. Relievers galore in this draft.

You better hope he isn't took much like Zumaya...

What will Dallas do at #9????

                  **My Guess**

Just looking at their team, my guess is that he goes one of two places - left side of the infield or CF. He has nice young pitching in the farm in all roles. He could go Middle Relief, but I'd be shocked if he went there this early with the talent pool in that area.

Prediction: Antor Corona (OF) or Theo Haggett (IF)
Well, I was all set to take a pitcher but the top couple were gone already and you made good sense that I do have good young pitching (although you never can have enough pitching!)....so you twisted my arm and I took Corona.

I took Perceval, and lucky for me Guitar Hero hasn't come out yet.

I had two guys really targeted that I wanted, they went the two picks in front of me. There was a huge drop off according to my scouts after that.

Well, the two guys I wanted went the two picks right in front of me.

Didn't want to take a reliever, but, by my scouts, he was the best value pick here.

I was torn on the reliever as well, but figured if he was there I had to take him, all 5 of my scouts had him rated as 80/80.

yup, based on when i pick in the 1st round, i thought i had a chance at him. oh well, by the time my pick rolls around (hopefully before the friggin month is done at the rate we're going), i'll get some decent guy.

Same here....mine all had him at 80. I think he's the first guy I've ever seen all my scouts give an 80 to.
