          -"Popular" player
          -3.22 ERA for D.C.

          Glass half full...
-Turning 39 in January and stats have been on the decline

I think he got good advice from his agent. 33 year old SP on the top pitcher list? Last chance at a big contract.

This has the potential to be a very good situation for the Bulldogs. I am very interested to see how Philly and VA play their cards.

                    It may not.

Bad post. It was two separate thoughts. I was thinking that FA has the potential to be a very good situation for us.

                    AND

I'm interested to see how Philly and VA look after cutting payroll.

I'll mostly move BP arms. I'm loaded with young pitching talent. I won't miss a beat.

Next year, does Chavez just slide into Woodbury's shoes as the most complete player in baseball?
