    Congrats to the advancers!

    The DL results were... surprising.

IL final should be a good one.

Congrats to all the winners and losers... at least you all made the playoffs!

          Wow. That's all I got.

Bullpen blew two games for us, but I expected it.

The changes I'm planning for this team in 1992 should resolve everything I expected this bullpen to do in important games.

          Congrats, Jack.

Maine was a shell its former self. We played them alot at the end of the year and with all those injuires were hanging on by a thread.

Just means Andrew will be more active next year

I've been meaning to tell you, save your money and don't worry about those changes. I'm the team to beat in the DL next year.

We had a Bottom of the 9th with 2-outs comeback in one game... and a pinch hit Grand Slam from our backup Catcher in another. Series was tighter than it looks on paper.

You can always count on a 1st Round upset in the BLB... glad it wasn't me!

Epic series on the other side of the IL. Here's hoping they're worn out for Round 2. Two of the three teams that I felt could beat me are now out. Thank you.

Wow. I've been "watching" my team all year and I'm probably more surprised than anyone by that series. We seem to have stolen Maine's heart with that 16-inning win in game 1 and they just never recovered.

It's funny how things work out. Pat Nelson was probably the last pitcher to make the roster and he only did so because of the Sumita injury. Dude pitches 5 scoreless innings out of the pen in game 1, all in extra innings, and then closes out the Guides with another 2.1 IP of scoreless relief in the clincher. Pat Nelson, I salute you!

22-year-old Fabien Fresi also displayed a lot of moxie in holding the Guides to 3 runs on 4 hits through 8 solid innings in game 3. He's probably the least regarded of our "top" pitching prospects, but all he's done this year is go out and keep us in games.

Nelson hasn't allowed an earned run all season. That's pretty impressive.

Definitely. Losing 2 of your best SP and your closer is a lot to overcome. Plus my strategy settings got reset when my manager retired and I haven't had time to fix them.

If we can stay healthy we'll be in the hunt again next season. Rotation projects to be Suarez, O'Moore Gutierrez, Bollati and Sanchez.

We're losing Kyoden Kubota to free agency but the trade I made this year to acquire Jared Austin does a pretty good job of filling that hole.

The big concern at this point is deciding when to blow it up and start rebuilding. O'Moore and Suarez are headed towards free agency after next season. We also don't have much depth in our minor leagues so I will need to replenish at some point.
