If this was first half Pawtucket, I'd be very confident, but this team has been on a run and pulled off a Virginia-esque September. Goodness.

The only benefit is that Denver's offense is better than the final season showing. Denver was once 10th in the league in scoring but finished 5th after a second half of guys showing up. The pitching never squandered except for one bad week in mid-September that lost the 1st place finish in ERA and Runs Allowed to Indianapolis.

Will the best offense be too much for arguably the DL's best pitching squad?

That's all that matters in this series. If Denver's pitching falls aparts, Pawtucket has it. If somehow Denver can keep them off the board, then it'll be fine.

Denver is not going to win a high-scoring series against Pawtucket. They can only win a low-scoring one.

I thought I was going down Pittsburgh style. What's with all the love? Is it Davenport's injuries more than my team?

After the last month of the season, I think the only two teams that could beat you in their dreams are Washington and Pawtucket. Everyone else dreams about just getting the chance to play you and then losing.

Maine could beat me. Even a mediocre Maine team can beat just about anyone.

Philly has the Pitching that could beat anyone also. With the shorter rotations, Philly has a shot against anyone.

Went 7-5 vs Denver, but that was mainly early in the year.

Not sure anyone in the DL wants to be play Pawtucket right now with the way they have played last 6+ weeks.

Maine is hurting, no way of telling what (if any) ratings hit the pitchers have taken.

Virginia is too good... moving on.

Washington & Philly most entertaining of the match ups.

Going to take Lou Holtz stand as far my team

Denver in 7 *** going with home field only reason

Maine in 7 *** possible upset here

Virginia in 3 *** Davenport quits after game 3.

Washington in 6 *** Hunch, no other reason.

I agree, I mean, hell, Davenport could beat you too. But if I had to put money on two teams that would, it'd be those two.

First of all, I laughed at Virginia in 3. If I lose to you at least it was to someone with a sense of humor.

Second, you have home field advantage because OOTP is stupid.
