I think we should def allow the trading of draft picks.

I don't think we should allow compensations for letting a free agent go however.

I don't know if I'd mess with any of those modiefiers. I think that's more for people looking for a specific era.

But if we leave them, the stats will eventually look a lot like present day baseball. I'm going to have to play around with it to get the correct balance between league totals and creation modifiers.

I tried to play a trest league but I get some message that such a league/game already exists..

I love the webcast when playing games, very cool.

Not mind you I've been out of OOTP since ver 4. So this is like relearning everything all over again.

Got it much earlier today (noon or so) but I just installed it. I think I have to wipe my hard drive on one of my computers so I put it on a spare.

I've never played before and haven't bought yet (planning on doing it this weekend). I pick up pretty quickly on things so I wasn't planning on trying it out until the day or two before the league starts. Other than getting comfortable with everything is there any benefit to starting now? The way I understand it if I start now with a team then I'm going to have to start all over again when the league starts, right?

Hope I don't hijack the thread (if you want you can even pull this out and make it it's own topic).
