Looks like we are going to just miss the playoffs 2-years running.

I really hate the Bock right now.

At least Sato is back. Hopefully that can translate into a couple extra wins and we can pray for a Washington collapse.

Pawtucket 6-1. Little revenge week for our little road trip against Pitt & Maine a few weeks ago.(Welcome to my house bitches!)

Some note : 18-3 since going to a 6 man rotation. Its working so just going to have to accept who we are.

          48-22 at home this year

If we can FINALLY solve our road woes the next few weeks we might have a good shot here.

One other note : Maine put up an 8 spot on us in the 9th inning (nice job bullpen) so prevent a Pawtucket 7-0 week. Guess I'll have to live with it.

SS Clint Johnston was injured on a defensive play. The Diagnosis: fractured skull. This is a CAREER ENDING injury!

              What's our policy on this?

              Injuries
Eliminate ALL career ending injuries from the injury database.
But his season is still going to be over, right?

They'll just edit the injury to a pre-specified length.

Pat, seriously? The dude fractured his skull. I would hope no GM would a their player field with that injury.

I would hope 12 month min would be the standard?

                    Oh...great...it's just not Johnston:

LF Miguel Angel Padilla was injured while running the bases. The Diagnosis: torn abdominal muscle. He's expected to miss about 5-6 weeks.

Fantastic! I lose my best infielder and best power hitter for the playoffs. Still no injuries in Virginia. Nice.

Essentially lose Zamora and Shannon for the rest of the year with injuries this past sim.

Wheels fell off the bus quickly in California after Guardamagni went down.

Depends on the injury, I believe. OOTP has a maximum days for season ending injuries depending on the particular injury. So whatever that is for a fractured skull, Clay will edit the injury down to that number.

But it will likely be enough to knock the player out for most of 1992 too.

Julian Murillo threw the second no-hitter in Denver's history - the first from a non-free agent acquisition.

I stopped paying attention to the Lager. The Ale and Pilsner have a lot of flip-flopping going on. (Maine is its own division).

In League News, congrats to Harry Keppel and Hyundai as the player became the first to reach 400 career homeruns this past week. With Sergio Lumar's injury, Mel Woodbury has become the closest threat to not only eclipsing the mark as well but surpassing Keppel.

The top three leaders in RBI wear Colonials uniforms.

I have a pretty easy schedule down the stretch:

                              CAR (3) - .324
                              WIL (6) - .368
                              MOR (5) - .412
                              DAV (3) - .485
                              CAL (3) - .500
                              PHI (3) - .618
                              VIR (3) - .735

I wouldn't be shocked if you caught up to me but it sure won't be easy.
