Why can't I scout?

Here's a scouting related question. Why do I get reports on my entire organization every 3 days from every single one of my scouts? I'm not assigning them to do this, but they do it anyway.

I wonder if since the patch came out if somehow the scouts are doing their own thing? There's definitely something screwy going on here.

TJ - Make sure you check that the last owner didn't set that task for the scouts when they are idle. Start there because my scouts don't do anything unless directed because I don't have anything set for them.

Do you have them assiged a task list they perform if idle?

Go to ->Your Team->Personnel->Select a scout->Go to Scouting Task List Tab

See what that particular scout is assigned to do if idle.

Like the others have said, check your idle tasks list for each scout. Its not something to do with the patch, as this doesnt happen in my solo league.
