    Next SIM: Sunday at Noon

    ***

Thank you all for making all those trades very simple for me to process. Everyone DFA'd (except Batavia... asshole of the SIM)... and the PRE-SIM were super easy to follow. Props guys.

    TRADE DEADLINE IS SUNDAY!

Oops! I didn't think it mattered with minor leaguers. Silly me.

Hmm, stats, reports didn't upload in my file?

Standings are correct. Scores are correct. But anything that happened over the week isn't recorded in anybody's stats.

        Just me?

I'm concerned because Montero has 3 days left in his injury but my file says one week...

Forget it. I redownloaded the league file and all is good.

Awesome, now my closer goes down for 6 months. The OOTP gods clearly don't want me to win another title this year.

Does this mean you're taking the SIMs back in '92?

My EG deal is officially complete. The moving of EG allowed Poling to get enough starts at 1B that he was willing to resign here. So, just as they came over together, Poling and O'Hegarty re-up with the team that made them Stars!! Or at least one pretty big star and Poling. I loved EG, but it was these two vs him. Perhaps my emotions won out... but I'm attached to them.

Clearly, after his habit of re-simming until his team went undefeated was uncovered, Clay now merely re-sims until his competitors suffer devastating injuries.

Don't be silly.... Maine stopped being a Contender three injuries ago.

If you believe that this sort of thing will eventually normalize, Clay's entire team is going to perish in a plane crash sometime between now and the start of the playoffs.

                              Pawtucket 6-1.

Started week 4 games out of the wildcard, now one game back. Opio and Aurillo seem to fit in nicely.

Up next week.... "Team to beat" and Maine. Going to be a tough one coming, but this is what its all about
