I'm not sure if I noticed it before but clearly the reason why this one is so noticeable is the amount of money involved.

Andrew, can you do a test to see if that money shows up back in their account the next day? If so maybe you can do a 1-day sim to put that money back? If you do please import before exporting because there are several of us who exported.Dallas Snappers

Another possible option is to add cash temporarily to allow these teams to make other offers. I'd only be willing to do this for the major signings though. It would screw up the projected budgets but as long as staff + player payroll didnt go over budget, it should all work out in the end.

Is there anyway we can know exactly how much cash to give them? Or are all the old Windley offers just completely gone.Los Lunas Javelinas - 1978 Brewmaster Champions!

The one suggestion I have is this:
Create a test league - brewers1.lg - for example.
Delete the offers.dat file from the league file and replace it with one from the sim just prior to FA starting. See if that fixes all the financials for all the teams involved (which should be all of us who made offers to significant FA's).
If it does adjust the team financials back to their original amount, then upload that league file, have us import it, and have everyone re-submit their offers for all their targeted FA's. I'm hoping that teams have a general idea of who they were after and what they were offering them.
If it doesn't then I'm at a loss.
I looked for team specific financial files within the file structure but I couldn't find where they are located. I'm hoping the offers.dat is somehow connected.
