Image Pack Update

OK... here's the deal.... Matt helped me do some research and the issues that I'm having with the Image Pack are happening OOTP-universe wide. So... here's the deal.... we really have two options:

Option #1:

Matt figured out that if I remove all of the current images and rerun them, it appears to fix the problem going forward. The downside, of course, is that we will literally be starting over with images so some of your guys will completely change looks, skin color, etc.

Option #2:

I'm willing to go in an manually update everyone's Active Roster team-by-team. It's a pain in the ass, but I can probably knock it out in like an hour. Even that way you do get some change. I did my own Active Roster just to test it and some guys definitely get a little look change at times. But I'd at least be able to get them close.

So, you guys tell me... how would you like to proceed???

And don't play the "whatever you have time for" crap. If I'm volunteering to put Option #2 up as an option, then I'm willing to do it. Say what you'd rather see and I'll go with the majority.

Edit: If we don't like the photo of how the guy turned out in the new image pack, can't we just save the .png file now, and plug it back into the image pack on our game, and his old photo will still show up?

I've already saved my entire team, just in-case I don't like the changes.

I did that for my test league. The problem is that I believe player image # can change, and with a complete reboot I know it works. I'm not sure what would happen if we put old photos back in down the road.

My idea is that it's very easy for the commish to make changes to a few players on the Picture tab. IE...Ken Bayer to "Caucasian", or Loren Wallace to "African" and then hit "Same Picture" and it will generate a new one. That might only take 30 minutes or so for our requests instead of the hours redoing everyone with option two.

Same here...since we've been on 10 I haven't installed one. Was just thinking I needed to do that.
