Quite honestly though, it's pretty realistic. No one ever signs days after free agency begins. Our issue is that we need to increase sim length.

What about something like this:

1. Sim to Free Agency - Initial Offers
2. FA Sim One - Three Days
3. FA Sim Two - Four Days
4. FA Sim Three - Four Days
5. FA Sim Four - Five Days

This increases sim length and still allows for teams to make counter offer and and counter-counter offers.

I understand that people don't sign right away IRL, but, in OOTP they do...lol.

I like this better, and I wouldn't mind the slow sim if I at least got an email. It's funny, 2 offseasons ago we simmed to fast. Last offseason was this same schedule, and it was perfect. This year, it's to slow. We just can't win!

Free agency sucks. Two guys wanted minor league deals, so I offer them minor league deals and they shit all over me for having the audacity to offer them a minor league deal. And the major league guy I'm trying to sign, whose offer was somehow removed from my pending offers screen last sim, had no response to his new (old) offer. Hooray!

You should get an email from them and you should see a brief comment on the pending offers screen.

My pending offers disappeared after last night's sim, so I don't know wtf is going on.

I signed two guys last night. Heard back from another. And still had two in pending.

Did anyone else sign anyone? Were any of those guys pending offers from others?
