I loaded the converted file and my team drop down is the Baltimore Bulldogs...don't know what to do. I can't get it to change.

There are two arrows on the team name, one to the left that looks like a 'Play' button and one on the right that is a down arrow. Click on the arrow to the left of the team name and you should be able to switch between teams.

To add to BradZ: Then go into Preferences and change how the game opens. Right now, it might be set to open on Baltimore's team page. You can edit that.

Anyone else have a handful of prospects lose a ton of potential with the conversion?

I'm not surprised. It's something I have noticed. Whenever we jump to a new version, the guys my scout overrates (according to OSA/BA top prospescts) always come back less after the new scouting report.

Haven't seen anything like that yet... but I'm sure it's coming.

That's why we don't employ prospects in Philly. It limits the amount of heartache we experience after a conversion or during the regular course of player development. Our team directive: "Nothing but scrubs in our minor league system, because they can't fail if they were never supposed to succeed".

Your prospects didn't lose potential. Your scout just sees them differently now. It's not surprising that your scouts take would change as each team does a complete re-scout during the conversion.

I understand they are not "losing" potential, it's just my scout getting a better look. But a bunch of guys, that he was high on, from multiple teams, he doesn't like so much anymore.

So are we simming tomorrow? Or is there something that needs to be done first? I haven't exported/made any changes in case you need to make any changes and give us a new league file first.

I believe this is the option/arb sim.

I think Jim's post was more of a "hey, are we simming tomorrow because I haven't put any time into my export to this point since there's some debate on whether or not we are going to get a new updated league file first or should I go ahead and submit my options/arb cases with the league file we already have?"
