Mine took longer than two seconds and everything else is updated, but all my messages are blank. I have messages, 23 new ones, but they're all blank.

As far as I can tell from the transactions log I got every coach & scout I went after...can't believe it since I basically re-hauled my entire system.

Hmm...I offered the guy a managerial position, while Jistic offered a bench coach position, same salary...he took the bench coach job.

Click their name to see which team they're on. I have a scout and coach that showed up on 4 or 5 other transaction logs, but they signed with me. This definitely needs to be fixed.

Did that and then went through my organization...all signed.

I wonder if I was the only one who made offers for them....all of them were pretty highly rated.

Odd. HTML says you signed Bustios, Sandidge, Xia, and Backman...but if you click on their names, it shows they are with another team. Are you seeing them on your team in-game?

Did you go to "Game" -> "Download On-Line League File"?

Damn, none of them signed with me. i had to fill my entire AA and A team with new personnel b/c there's hardly anyone worth signing anymore.
