Somebody sprinkled pixie dust on the Playboys. We were an offensive Juggernaut this week. Swept Carolina, scored 20 runs in a game with one HR. I got POT upgrades on a few players. I got an undrafted F/A minor league player who I had to call up from AA as an emergency filler batting close to .400 in the big leagues.

I have no idea what happened this week, but gotta ride it out.

6-1 sim, giving us a 4 game cushion in the division over Denver. Hector Carbajal wins DL hitter of the week. I think he got sick of hearing about his Cuban grandfather and former babysitter Pedro Zamarida being the best 3B in the division.

All pistons are firing right now and we're getting Josey back this week and rookie sensation D-Rod back next week.

Hmmmmmm... just realized that if we make the Playoffs... a certain SP may be available by the late 1st Round or early 2nd.

Oh... and Nino hit for the cycle... and continues to him well despite the fact that no one wanted him at the deadline or on waivers.

Has my team finally realized that we're fielding a AAA lineup? We managed to take 2/3 from Denver but got destroyed in a 4 game sweep by the Playboys.

Hector Solis was a disaster in his return to the rotation. It might be time to see what former top 100 prospect Raul Gonzalez can do. He's been very good in AAA for the most part. I have no intention to rush anyone with this team however.

Got what I wanted out of the week, as we didn't fall too far behind Virginia or Wilmington despite facing two of the leagues most feared starting lineups. We've got a big week with a 4-game trip in Wilmington, followed by 3 more at home vs. Windy City.

You're right. He is just not that good because everyone tees off against Maine and Philly's pitching staff.
