FYI - Utility is still not playing nice with me. Working on it though.

The injury bug came through D.C. this week:

-SS Clint Johnston for a month
-2B RA Grounds for 1.5 months
-3B Charlie MacCabe for a week
-Recent draft picks Shawn Burton and Nate Wallace, a month

It's all good though as I am the deepest team in the league. :)

Man, playing @ BAL can be such a pinball game. 22-5 and 11-14. We scored 33 runs in a two game series and split it. Good grief.

We went 5-1, including a 4 game sweep of Los Alamos. This puts us only a half game out of first place. I swear we do this every single year when I begin to sell. I'm not falling for it, and everyone I have in the trade block is still available (and anyone else too if you feel like making an offer).

Don Alexander had a huge week. He deserves to be on the all-star team and he could be a big boost to someone's championship hopes.

Our trade for Ismael Reyes has lifted our Minor League system into 10th on that list, so I'm happy with that.

First place. Hack Wells get's rookie of the month, and more healthy bodies coming off the DL. Couldn't really be much happier with where we're at considering our age.

11 games vs. Philly down...10 to go. Good to know that 13% of my season is against the #1 team in the BLB.

NEw Image Pack is up. For some reason the update ZOOMED all of the pics, so it looks slightly different. Try to fix it before the next image pack. Either way, it's done.

BTW - I think we can officially put to bed the whole "the person running the SIM has an advantage" theory. My team is in shambles.

Your team dropped hard in the Power Rankings too.

                          Very surprised.

Denver is happy with a strong month and a good week. Chet Reed has beasted on pitching while replacing the injured Scot Borkholder. Norm Seltzer has hit 5 homeruns in the last two weeks.

But, Denver still lacks power. Not sure where this team would be if we did not add Romo in the offseason.
