You just adjust the A ball teams to accomodate the extra players, right? Then we make cuts before the next import?

No, you'll have to adjust after you get them and before we sim on Friday.

ugly sim for us. Domestic Pitcher of the month for May Anselmo Mapalo is still out there boys. Some interesting offers, but there's room for improvement. He'd look purty in your rotation. Young arms needed.

Solid sim for us, hopefully we can keep this up. Happy to sign Lippincott as I've gotten NO production from CF so far this year. He plays great defense and is a terror on the basepaths. Cisco Garcia just isn't getting it done with a sub .300 OBP

Hey look another starter out for the year, huh who'd have thunk it! Somehow we had a winning sim losing two more starters, one for a few weeks one for....yeah. Obviously Clay just hates Jim Fletcher.

Cliff Burgett's hot, get 'em while you can boys!

Time to make some moves quickly.

Another fast start followed by the team falling apart.

Lost a kid I really liked in A ball to Tommy John surgery. Artie Crites.

                    In seven starts he went 5-1 with a 1.98 ERA, 0.69 WHIP, 41/9 K/BB and a .149 AVG against.

His only saving grace was his stuff potential, so I assume his career will be over by the time he recovers next year.

                      5-1 (24-27)

                      3-0 vs. Davenport
                      2-1 vs. Cali

Our quest for .500 continues. Against Davenport it looks like we came up big in the late innings. Game 1...5 in the 7th, 2 in the 8th. Game 2...5 in the 8th. Game 3...2 in the 6th and 1 in the 9th. We went from being swept to getting the sweep, which is how the dice fall.

Our hitting for the week was .286/.365/.465 with 5 HR's. A marked improvement to say the least over the weeks of .150/.200/.225. Also for once we finally don't have 3-4 hitters that are ice cold.

Finally got our re-scout on 6/1. Sasaki took a hit, Jesus took a hit. We had a little improvement but not much. Disappointing but that's life in Batavia!

Next up we face Philly then Sin City.

Needed two wins to get to .500 for the month and did it. 4-2 sim. Can't complain too much except for Kip Higgins. Offense and Pitching amongst the best in the league.

                          3-4 for the week.

-Umm yea, we a need a 5th starter. Lost two of those games, 16-1 and 13-1. We had to walk in at least 10 batters this week.

-Great week for youngster Loren Wallace. Got a potential bump in contact from 5-6, and a potential/actual bump in power. Our scout also believes he a top tier guy that people will have to gameplan around which is always nice to see.

-Shawn Newsome is taking all the AB from veteran Pat Washington. Newsome is hitting .411 for the season so far and it looks like he's closer to OSA's view of him than what my scout believes.

Again, I'm looking for a starter who won't walk every other batter.
